
General Event Information
The Jabulani Challenge consists of a 26km or 42km bush walk (or run) from Wahroonga to Lindfield. The trail is mainly ‘single-file’ through beautiful national parks and touches on both the Pittwater and Middle Harbour waterways.
| Team Challenge | We are encouraging teams of 2 or more. Particularly, there are a number of school teams (school children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult) |
| Checkpoints | There will be 2 checkpoints on the course providing basic first aid, food and water (1 checkpoint for the 26km option). |
| Sponsors | All competitors are encouraged to seek sponsorship. This is a fundraising event and we hope everyone will encourage friends and colleagues to support this cause. Remember, all donations are 100% tax deductible. |
| Shirts | Participants get a free Jabulani Challenge shirt provided their entry form and payment is in by 4 July 2010 |
| Personal Liability | All competitors compete at their own risk. The Jabulani Challenge, nor any of the organisers, accept any liability for any injury or accident during the event. All competitors will be required to sign a personal indemnity waiver before the event |

General Information
42km Event
- Registration will be at the Cliff Ave Reserve, Wahroonga from 6:50am to 7:05am.
- At Registration you will sign-in and receive your trailwalk number.
- The start is at Cliff Ave Reserve
- The trailwalk will start at 7:15am
- There are cut-off times to reach the 2 checkpoints and competitors must finish by 5:00pm (you should be able to walk the track in about 9 hours.
26km Event
- The 26km Event will start at Checkpoint 1 (Start of Stage 2 of the 42km Event) - therefore ignore Stage 1 of the Registration Pack
- Registration will be at the Warrimoo Oval (Off Warrimoo Rd, St Ives) from 7:30am to 7:50am.
- At Registration you will sign-in and receive your trailwalk number.
- The trailwalk will start at 8:00am.
Checkpoints
There will be 2 checkpoints on the course (1 for the 26km option). All competitors must sign in and out of each checkpoint. If you wish to drop out of the event then you must do so at a checkpoint. If you are midway through a stage you must either go back to the last checkpoint and sign out or go on to the next checkpoint and sign out. If you do not sign out at a checkpoint we will assume you are still on the track and send a search party to look for you.
